Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Client Service Officer in our Liverpool clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting clinicians, and promoting our hearing health care services. This is a part-time position (4 days a week between 9am - 5pm, no weekends) that offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Support clinicians and hearing technicians in delivering high-quality hearing health care services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote our products and services, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience, preferably in a retail, healthcare, or allied health setting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide personalized support.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
  • Computer literacy skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
