We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Specialist.

The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their operational workflow and implement point of sale software solutions in hotel and restaurant environments.

  • Implementation Specialists will work closely with customers to understand their needs and configure the solution at their site.
  • Key responsibilities include understanding food and beverage operational flow, installing and setting up equipment such as servers, workstations, printers, and other relevant devices, configuring systems, training users, conducting on-site system testing, and providing support after go-live.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our solutions meet customer specifications and function according to their operational workflows.

Key qualifications for this role include a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, previous experience with software troubleshooting, hardware and software installation/upgrades, and IT knowledge.

Additional requirements include being a fast learner, having excellent communication skills, and being able to handle system installations.

Travel is required for this position, potentially up to 80% of the time.
