**Therapy Assistant (Allied Health)**

**Role Overview**: As a Therapy Assistant, you will collaborate closely with Allied Health Professionals to support clients in achieving their therapy goals. Your role involves practical assistance and guidance, helping clients build capacity and enhance their independence. You will be able to work with adults and pediatrics.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Practice Support**: Work alongside Allied Health Professionals to facilitate therapy practice between sessions.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist clients in implementing therapy techniques and exercises.
- **Equipment Preparation**: Set up therapy equipment for appointments.
- **Muscle Massage and Stretching**: Provide muscle massages and assist with stretching exercises.
- **Sanitization**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in therapy areas.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Relevant qualifications or certifications in allied health or related fields.
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to adapt to client needs and varying schedules.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $25.00 - $53.97 per hour
