Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Family Liaison Officer** to develop strong community links between the wider Australian Community, the departments families and organisation.

**About the role**:

- Perform tasks to support procedural, operational, administrative, and business support activities
- Respond to enquiries related to administrative, business support, procedural and operational matters and maintain accurate records and files
- Build and maintain relationships with team members, stakeholders and actively participate in team work and group activities
- Collect and consolidate data and information and assist in the preparation of written submissions, reports and other correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Understand the requirements of a task and assist in coordinating, delivering, and reporting it, and select the appropriate course of action to meet business objectives

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to coordinate and facilitate family engagement opportunities and events
- Programme management experience
- Stakeholder engagement skills
