Job Overview
  • We are looking for an innovative thinker who can assist in driving our social marketing strategy, manage content creator partnerships and influencer campaigns designed to boost brand awareness and understanding.
  • This role requires creating engaging content calendars and platform-specific stories through Instagram reels and YouTube footage, staying on top of the latest trends in motorsport digital storytelling.
  • The ideal candidate will coordinate events to drive our presence at key motorsport events, ensuring brand impact and measurable ROI.
  • This position involves supporting branded merchandise development and promotion to deepen fan loyalty and engagement, as well as supporting dealer and partner marketing initiatives.
  • You will build and foster community collaboration and growth of community partnerships.
  • Cultivate an active online community through authentic engagement, user-generated content, and timely interaction.
  • Monitor content performance, reporting engagement and conversion metrics to sharpen future campaigns.
  • Educate yourself thoroughly on our brand voice and values to ensure all communications reflect them accurately.

This role is perfect for someone who works well in a team environment, is results-focused, and displays a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field, or strong practical experience in automotive/motorsport marketing and/or content.
  • Strength and ambition to achieve branding success, with hands-on experience in content creation.
  • Skilled with MS Office, plus Canva, Photoshop, Light-room, and social platforms highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling flair, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Creative ambition is organized, adaptive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
