Social Media Manager

Our Australia and New Zealand Brand team is seeking a talented individual to create and amplify brand storytelling that connects with our community and culture, ensuring global consistency and local relevance.

  • Develop an audience-led social media strategy for AUSNZ, covering campaign and always-on brand-focused content, driving measurable results.
  • Bring global and regional strategies to life through locally relevant social execution.

Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive social media plan, allocating resources effectively, and applying learnings to optimise investment across content production, paid, owned and earned tactics in support of campaign and business objectives.

A successful Social Media Manager will have 8+ years of experience in social media, ideally for a premium global brand, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape in AUSNZ. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work across time zones and within a matrixed structure.
