We're on the hunt for a talented Engagement Coordinator to drive our motorsport digital storytelling efforts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing a social marketing strategy, managing content creator partnerships, and coordinating events to amplify our brand presence. They will also be responsible for creating engaging content calendars, platform-specific stories, and measuring campaign performance. Additionally, they will support branded merchandise development and promotion, build community collaborations, and foster an active online community through authentic engagement.

Qualifications
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desired, but not necessary. Practical experience in automotive/motorsport marketing and/or content creation is highly valued.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and relevant design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • They will be results-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
