Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's tone and voice.
  • Create high-quality short-form video content that showcases our products and services.
  • Develop internal training content and manage social media tools to schedule and maintain platform bios, links, and highlights.
  • Post daily stories and build an engaged online community by responding to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Collaborate with influencers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Create and align content with marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on content performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to create inspiring digital content.
  • A passion for social media and a deep understanding of how to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to lead content creation across multiple formats.
