Job Title: Content Manager

This role requires a strong passion for brand storytelling and a keen eye for high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital content plans (paid, earned, owned) aligned with brand strategy and performance KPIs.
  • Deliver best-in-class content across websites, email, and social media for Retail (B2C) and Foodservice (B2B) brands.
  • Inspire creative content ideation and manage production of photography, video, motion graphics, and email copy.
  • Coach and lead the Content Specialist in social media management and community engagement.
  • Manage brand presence across social platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Hootsuite.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Communications or Marketing.
  • Experience using online platforms, content formats, and digital tools such as Canva and Tribe.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and platforms like Pardot (desirable).
  • Strong ability to budget, prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A solid understanding of digital analytics, with hands-on experience using tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, and Talkwalker.
