Full-Time Content Creator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our Communications team as a Full-Time Content Creator.

This exciting role offers the chance to craft engaging content, collaborate with teams, and drive meaningful interactions across social media platforms.

  • Create, schedule, and publish content that resonates with our diverse community
  • Collaborate with teams to showcase services, events, and community stories
  • Monitor channels, respond to queries, and foster positive online engagement
  • Track performance metrics and contribute insights to enhance strategy
  • Support internal staff with training and guidance on social media best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and tools to maintain a fresh digital presence
  • Assist in integrating social media with other digital platforms and campaigns

This permanent full-time position comes with a salary range of $83,480 to $95,636, plus 12% superannuation and a monthly accrued day off.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing social media in a professional setting
  • Strong writing, visual storytelling, and content planning skills
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive communication
  • Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Media, or similar
  • Current Victorian driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and police clearance
