Job Title: Food And Beverage Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets.

This includes maintaining service standards, upholding company policies, and managing staff to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to Guest Needs: Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Coordinate Supervision: Oversee the supervision of food and beverage outlets as rostered.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain clean and organized departments, including public areas, store rooms, and offices.
  • Provide Training: Provide training to food and beverage team members to ensure consistent and professional services.
  • Comply with Policies: Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Planning and Conducting Training: Plan and conduct theoretical and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Managing Reservations: Manage reservations systems and cashiering policies.
  • Ensuring Security: Ensure the security of the area, especially after hours.
  • Auditing Revenue: Audit daily revenue charges and covers.
  • Requisitioning Stock: Requisition stock and assist with monthly stock counting.
  • Maintaining Communication: Maintain open communication channels with other F&B personnel.
