We are seeking a hardworking and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a full-time F&B Manager.
The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing the following venues within the hotel: Room Services Rooftop Bar7 Conference Facilities This position will be tasked to supervise the day-to-day operations of the department, including coordinating with SME and attending to other duties to ensure customer satisfaction while aiming to grow and maximise the financial performance of the department.
The F&B Manager will also provide ongoing training and conduct performance management within the team.
This is a hands-on role and we require someone with: Relevant tertiary qualification Previous experience in a similar capacity ideally within a hotel environment Passion to deliver exceptional customer service The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment under management direction The ability to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers The flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid certificates Full work rights in Australia If you are up for this great challenge and keen to advance your career and skills with one of Sydney's luxury hotels, then please click on 'Apply' now.
