**About the role**:
Our client is looking for an experienced F&B Manager to become the face of the venue and lead cafe, bar, restaurant, and events operations. The venue is newly constructed and opening to the public in early December.

- Know your numbers Full understanding of P&L
- A team player who isn't afraid to be hands on
- Experience in cafe, restaurant, and bar settings
- Creativity and out-of-the box thinking
