We provide a range of services designed to support people with disability, including Camping and Adventure Programs, Disability Services, Homelessness Services, Out of Home Care and Youth, Family and Community Programs. Our work involves collaborating with South Australians from diverse backgrounds.

Role Overview

The Client Engagement Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for people with disability. They will respond promptly and professionally to NDIS inquiries, establishing a client's needs and preferences, and working with our team to establish service capacity and provide a service pathway that suits each individual client.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure a client-centric approach to service delivery, actively engaging with clients and families to meet client needs and ensure a positive experience throughout the intake and assessment process.
- Manage own caseload of new/existing NDIS funded clients seeking services through engagement with clients, families, service delivery teams and other stakeholders.
- Support our service delivery team and corporate service units to meet the needs of clients.
- Establish and maintain good relationships and partnerships with clients, advocates guardians, other agencies and service providers and community stakeholders to facilitate effective client intake and plan renewals.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to meet quality standards; assist in achieving compliance against government requirements.

About You

As an Experienced Client Engagement Officer, you will provide advice and support to people with disability to help them access a range of disability services and achieve their goals. You will bring relevant qualifications or demonstrated relevant experience working within a NDIS environment, previous experience in a client service role, experience working with people with disability or community services, and experience using client management systems and databases to maintain records and prepare reports.
