We are seeking a skilled Neurodevelopmental Psychologist to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. The successful candidate will provide high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents with significant mental health challenges.Key Responsibilities:The Neurodevelopmental Psychologist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment undertaking evidence-based assessments across multiple program areas. They will work closely with stakeholders, including consumers and their care teams, to understand presenting issues and develop and deliver appropriate treatment options.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:- Two years post-registration supervised experience in a clinical area directly applicable to Child and Youth Mental Health Services, with demonstrated experience and skill in providing assessment and case management to children and adolescents with significant mental health challenges.- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and skill in contemporary psychological practice with children and adolescents, including evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions.- High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, including demonstrated experience in liaising effectively with other services and agencies in the context of providing specialized psychological mental health assessment, advice, and training.Benefits:As a member of our team, you will have access to:- A competitive salary range of $110,425 to $121,907 per annum, plus superannuation.- Professional development opportunities, including training and support for career advancement.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Access to fitness facilities and wellness programs.What We Offer:At our organization, we value diversity, inclusion, and respect.
