About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources / People & Culture Manager to join our team at Pacific National. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing coaching, guidance, and support to leaders in executing business and people strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing accurate and timely advice to business stakeholders on all ER/IR matters, including risk rating and risk mitigation strategies, and assisting the business with implementation.
  • Implementing and delivering the People & Culture strategy to the Bulk business.
  • Efficiently managing disputes, grievances, union relationship issues, as well as FWA matters, with support from the Senior Manager P&C and/or legal team as required.
  • Completing job evaluations, making recommendations to business stakeholders on remuneration level and role classification.
  • Supporting organisational succession planning processes, leveraging talent reviews and Talent initiatives to identify talent risks and opportunities.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and partnering with business leadership to drive cultural change.
About You

As an experienced Human Resources / People & Culture Manager with relevant work experience within an industrial/blue collar environment, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
