Empowering people with disability to live life their way is at the heart of our mission. We are seeking skilled female support workers to deliver quality services on a casual basis in the Adelaide southern suburbs.
- Provide direct support to clients with complex needs, enabling them to access a quality life with dignity and respect.
- Support people with disability to participate in community activities and promote social inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with behaviours of concern, a strong understanding of mental health challenges, and confidence in manual handling. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and relevant mental health experience are essential. Additionally, a current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification, as well as a full unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence, are required.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individual support plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Advocate for people with disability to improve client outcomes and achieve desired goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client support and progress.
