Job Opportunity: Disability Support Professional

We are seeking experienced individuals to provide high-quality care and support to people with complex psycho-social disabilities and physical disabilities.

As a Disability Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients with complex needs, assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, managing appointments, prompting and encouraging personal care, and engaging in community activities.

You will also need to support clients with challenging behaviors in a safe and respectful manner.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Individual/Disability Support (or related qualification)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or DCSI Disability Screening
  • First Aid Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Medication Assistance Training
  • South Australian Driver's License, comprehensive vehicle insurance, and a safe, reliable vehicle
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Clearance
