This is an exciting opportunity to join a university as an Exchange Adviser. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assisting the Global Mobility team to provide services to prospective and currently enrolled students.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting administrative functions, including student advising within a university setting. They will also possess excellent communication skills, highly developed interpersonal ability, and strong teamwork ability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support on a wide range of development and marketing activities aimed at fostering growth of Study Abroad and Exchange programs.
  • Assist in undertaking a broad range of administrative and student support activities associated with Study Abroad and Exchange programs.
  • Liaise with senior members of staff, students, and a wide range of external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in supporting administrative functions including student advising within a university setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with highly developed interpersonal ability.
  • Strong teamwork ability but also uses initiative and driven to work autonomously.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines within a pressured work environment.
