Sydney Language Exchange Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to facilitate language exchange events in Sydney. As the designated organizer, you will be responsible for welcoming participants, explaining the event format, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Greeting attendees and ensuring they feel comfortable
- Providing clear instructions to newcomers
- Being fluent in English and possessing excellent communication skills
- Maintaining an open-minded attitude and leading engaging conversations
- Having experience meeting and interacting with diverse groups of people
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people and creating a positive atmosphere. If you are a strong communicator, have a passion for languages, and are looking for a part-time opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Event Details:
The language exchange events take place every Saturday from 19:30 to 22:30 pm. We have similar events running in various cities worldwide, including New York, Paris, Madrid, London, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Berlin, Mexico City, and Sao Paulo.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends (every Saturday)
- Commitment to a minimum of 3 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet participants and make them feel welcome
- Explain the event format and ensure a smooth experience for newcomers
- Foster engaging conversations and maintain a positive atmosphere
