Job Title: Information Exchange Coordinator

The role of the Information Exchange Coordinator plays a vital part in the dynamic Prevention and Response to Violence Abuse and Neglect (PARVAN) Service. Working within a team of passionate and skilled healthcare professionals, you will be instrumental in ensuring effective information sharing and child protection practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information exchange services between Local Health District facilities and the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective information sharing and child protection practices
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training related to information sharing and child protection policy
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of NSW Child Protection Legislation and NSW Health Privacy Legislation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or demonstrated experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
