About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Contract Operations Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization, you will be responsible for supporting the Private Pricing Program for AWS.

This role is part of our Private Pricing Channel Services pillar, which focuses on deepening relationships with AWS customers through the Private Pricing program. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Operate within established frameworks to manage complex deal and contracting cycles at various stages.">
  • Exhibit highest standards and a bias for action to achieve deal velocity while exercising excellent judgment.">
  • Take ownership of the contract process with internal and external stakeholders, such as Legal and Sales teams.">
  • Identify, track, and analyze key metrics to develop and recommend improvements.">
  • Owning and delivering results on strategic programs/projects for improvements and scale for Customers in the contracting space.">

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts in a tech/IT organization, 3+ years leading projects/programs, influencing internal and external stakeholders with executive-level written and verbal communication, and 3+ years using data and metrics to influence business recommendations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
