About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Operations Specialist to join our expanding Non-Traditional Environments Control Center team. This role may encompass oversight of contract employee deliverables and collaboration with NTE Edge Security Managers in devising security strategies, achieving financial targets, and improving operational security within our Data Centers.

This position will be based in a control room environment, following a shift rotation schedule (7am - 7pm). The successful candidate will report to the NTE Security Ops Regional Mgr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with vendors involved in system repairs and provide access control management support to internal and external customers.
  • Observe and report physical security system anomalies and incidents, as well as policy breaches.
  • Coordinate the activities of a professional contract guard force and oversee individual security vendor deliverables, tracking service delivery and requesting corrective actions when necessary.
  • Foster working relationships with stakeholders to educate them on false alarm reductions and extract metrics to analyze improvements.
  • Verify that Data Center security programs meet defined global security standards and develop strategies for improving electronic surveillance and access controls.
  • Draft reports and prepare presentations on the status of physical security operations and collaborate with security managers to write and implement security processes and procedures.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 1 year experience working in a professional environment.
  • Experience compiling reports and analyzing data, incident response, or working in operations, physical security, or equivalent environments.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
