Key responsibilities include ensuring the team provides responsive, professional and quality service, exceeding client expectations. Additionally, building strong relationships with clients, retaining and growing their business while utilizing your network to identify and pursue new opportunities is crucial.

Deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions is also essential. Furthermore, establishing or continuing to build your profile and presence on behalf of the organization in this vital region is key.

Required skills and qualifications include experience leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement. Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding with a strong risk management focus is also required.

A passion for developing a solid personal brand and becoming a leader in the community is necessary. Commitment to the region with relevant agribusiness, business banking or sales leadership experience is also desired.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer-centric and shares a passion for innovation and building businesses. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and Commerce.
