Regional Leadership Opportunity

A sales leader who inspires a high-performance culture is required to lead our Regional banking team in South West Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement, as well as commercial acumen and credit understanding with a strong risk management focus.

We are looking for someone who is customer-centric and shares a passion for innovation and business development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the team provides responsive, professional and quality service to clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients and retaining and growing their business
  • Driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions
  • Establishing or continuing to build your profile and presence in this vital region

With flexibility on location within South West Queensland, some days you may be working from our offices, a client site or remotely. We encourage flexibility to meet client needs and your goals inside and outside of work.

  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement

  • Commitment to the region with relevant agribusiness, business banking or sales leadership experience

A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and Commerce would be highly regarded.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, and for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

In addition to your business expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
