Job Title: Change Delivery Expert

We are seeking an innovative and strategic change delivery expert to play a pivotal role in driving transformative changes within our organization.

As the central point of contact for change, you will foster strong relationships across the organization and ensure a cohesive and positive change experience for all stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of change enablement programs, coordinate readiness activities, and manage communications that support successful change adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective change management strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Communicating change initiatives to various stakeholders
  • Managing project timelines and resources

Required skills and qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience in change management
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI or PCI)
  • Proven ability to design and implement change management strategies
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
