We're now undertaking a major transformation initiative to enhance our risk management and oversight practices, improving delivery and service to members. This involves strengthening our risk management arrangements, improving systems, processes and oversight, and addressing operational risk management, information security and IT resilience, insurance claim processing delays, fitness & propriety, and expenditure management, and insurance administration incidents.
This role requires a senior transformation leader with deep program delivery expertise, stakeholder influence, risk management acumen, and a passion for creating meaningful change for members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the delivery of the integrated CEU Program, incorporating relevant in-flight initiatives into a coordinated roadmap.
- Establish robust governance, delivery rhythms, and program architecture to drive pace, alignment, and accountability.
- Deliver structured program streams addressing uplift areas identified in independent reviews and analysis.
- Coordinate with program managers, independent experts, regulators, and other stakeholders to create detailed implementation plans, including deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols.
- Proven senior leadership in large-scale transformation or complex program delivery, preferably within superannuation, financial services or other member-oriented industries.
- Prior experience leading programs under regulatory enforcement highly beneficial.
- Extensive experience in risk management across technology, processes, people & culture and operational design.
- Prior experience in the design and embedment of operational risk frameworks, including a 3 lines of defense model underpinned by appropriate people capability, tooling, processes & procedures, reporting, and governance.
- Strong capability in managing strategic partnerships and co-delivery models.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MBA) desirable.
