The role of the Senior Business Relationship Manager is to foster and maintain influential partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, driving mutual success through aligned technology initiatives and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand management strategies that align IT initiatives with business priorities, ensuring optimal resource use and maximized business value.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive mutual success between Tech Hub and business units.
- Lead a team of Business Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Communicate IT initiatives clearly to the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering clarity and coherence in all interactions.
- Extensive experience in business relationship management, preferably within a global professional services firm.
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT service delivery integration.
- Experience in IT service management and delivery; proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to set annual work priorities for self and team aligned with broader business unit goals.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to support long-term strategic objectives at business and BU levels.
- Experience initiating and driving large, impactful projects.
