Partnerships Coach - Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Breakthru is proud to be delivering the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland.
This role supports more people to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers by working side-by-side with participants to explore career goals, build confidence, and connect them to opportunities.
You'll collaborate with employers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions that fit, including training and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
You'll be part of the Royal Rehab Group, a respected not-for-profit with over 125 years of experience delivering disability and rehabilitation services.
This provides stability, resources, and support to grow your career and make a real impact in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
