This role involves driving exceptional delivery across brand, creative, digital, and integrated campaigns for key client accounts. You will lead a team of Account Managers and guide them in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic partnerships with clients to deliver business growth and revenue increase.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and identify growth opportunities for commercial health.
- Provide clear leadership, mentoring, and support to your team to help them do their best work.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Partner with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to turn client problems into impactful ideas.
- Oversee the commercial health of your accounts from accurate scoping and budgeting to proactive growth opportunities.
- Represent the organization in market through pitches, thought leadership, and industry events.
- Solid experience as an Account Director or similar senior client service role in an integrated agency environment.
- A proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and spot growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and guide both clients and internal teams.
