Job Title: Partnership Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, coordinating strategic engagement activities and partnership initiatives. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality events, manage communications, and contribute to the success of collaborative projects.

About You
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a degree in a relevant field and experience in communications, engagement, event or project management.
  • You should have strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written, verbal and visual communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity
  • Coordinating program activities and stakeholder engagements.
  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Developing high-quality written and visual content for events and communications.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry, government, and academic partners.
  • Providing administrative support including meeting coordination, processing applications and documentation.
