Global Affiliate Marketing Lead

We are re-defining the entire marketing function and building a brand-new team of 7 across senior marketing leadership, partnerships, performance, website CX, CRM, and campaigns.

This is your chance to take the lead in global affiliate program management, strategic brand and commercial partnerships, and co-branded marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimization across platforms;
  • Identify, develop, and negotiate new commercial and brand partnerships;
  • Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners;
  • Analyze partner and affiliate performance, providing insights to optimize ROI and acquisition metrics;
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
  • Monitor trends in affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, and partnerships to inform new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands;
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing large-scale partnerships;
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Rakuten) and tracking/reporting tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance, track ROI, and optimize partner activity;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills able to build rapport across internal teams and external partners;
  • Passion for travel and a solid understanding of the tourism and lifestyle landscape across ANZ and international markets.
