Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Expert. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by catering to every need in a personalized and personable way.

This is a high-energy role that requires multitasking at all times. You will handle a high volume of interactions with guests, responding to their requests and needs effectively and efficiently. You will also provide information on hotel facilities, make recommendations, and upsell hotel features and services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role within a hospitality environment
  • Experience with property management systems
  • A solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • The ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
