Job Responsibilities:- Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
- Specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
- Engage with stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.
