Rates Management Specialist

As a Rates Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping rate structures across various systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all rate-related data.
Duties:- Maintain and update rate data across multiple systems.
- Support the design and implementation of rate structures.
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage rate changes.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP HR/Payroll data maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP reporting tools (Spinifex, Ad-Hoc Query).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases.
- Understanding of Australian industrial legislation and payroll compliance.
- Experience with auditing and maintaining rates in complex environments.
