Rate Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Rate Specialist to join our payroll team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage and maintain rate structures across various systems.
This involves maintaining and updating rate data, supporting the design and implementation of rate structures, conducting audits and system monitoring to ensure data integrity and compliance, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to manage rate changes and reporting, leading testing and deployment of system changes related to rates, and providing training and documentation for internal users.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP HR/Payroll data maintenance, with strong knowledge of SAP reporting tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with auditing and maintaining rates in complex environments, excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
- Understanding of Australian industrial legislation and payroll compliance, including databases and reporting requirements.
You will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks and deliverables. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be essential in this role.
