About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retirement Villages Officer to join our team at IRT Greenwell Gardens. As a key member of our village operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating activities and events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the village.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the daily operations of IRT Greenwell Gardens, including coordinating activities and events, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide warm welcomes to new residents and visitors, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with site inspections, hazard reporting, and maintenance coordination.
- Support the Resident Relationship Manager with the coordination of activities and events, and provide administrative support as needed.
- Attend resident meetings, including complaints, and provide support by appropriate reporting and follow-up.
- Complete documentation with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle, or willingness to obtain, and experience in Community Service and/or Customer Relationships.
- Previous administrative experience, with a focus on customer service.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
