About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position, working 24 hours per week (4 days a week, 9am to 3:30pm) in close collaboration with the Resident Relationship Manager. As a Retirement Villages Officer, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management and administration of IRT Greenwell Gardens, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily operations, including site inspections and hazard reporting
  • Providing warm welcomes to new residents and visitors
  • Supporting the Resident Relationship Manager with activity coordination and event planning
  • Attending resident meetings and providing support with complaints and follow-up
  • Completing documentation with accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle, or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in Community Service and/or Customer Relationships
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other technology
  • Valid current driver's license
