About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retirement Villages Officer to join our team at IRT Greenwell Gardens. As a key member of our village team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management and administration of the village, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the daily operations of the village, including site inspections and hazard reporting
  • Providing warm welcomes to new residents and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Supporting the Resident Relationship Manager with activity coordination and event planning
  • Attending resident meetings, including complaints, and providing support through accurate reporting and follow-up
  • Completing documentation with accuracy and timeliness

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle, or willingness to obtain, and experience in Community Service and/or Customer Relationships
  • Previous administrative experience, with a focus on customer service
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other technology
  • Valid current driver's license
