About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retirement Villages Officer to join our team at IRT Greenwell Gardens. As a key member of our village team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management and administration of the village, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the daily operations of the village, including site inspections and hazard reporting
- Providing warm welcomes to new residents and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
- Supporting the Resident Relationship Manager with activity coordination and event planning
- Attending resident meetings, including complaints, and providing support through accurate reporting and follow-up
- Completing documentation with accuracy and timeliness
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle, or willingness to obtain, and experience in Community Service and/or Customer Relationships
- Previous administrative experience, with a focus on customer service
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other technology
- Valid current driver's license
