Client Service Officer - Payment Operations

This role is a mid-level position within the payment operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing and operational roles, particularly in payment processing or customer service within a custody or banking environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing client portfolios to ensure timely and accurate execution of instructions
  • Processing payments, including international, RTGS, Direct Entry, and BPAY transactions with precision and efficiency
  • Coordinating with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution of client requests

The successful candidate will possess a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services, particularly in payment processing or customer service in a custody or banking environment
  • Hands-on experience with banking platforms and a solid track record in payment processing
  • Proven expertise in handling International, RTGS, Direct Entry, and BPAY transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CHESS and Austraclear systems for efficient transaction processing
