Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist

This role is part of a global banking team, with key responsibilities including:

  • Drive payment operation projects in the region.
  • Rollout and implement payments solutions within branches, identifying any branch-specific additions and requirements.
  • Act as a local point of contact for payment operations.
  • Execute and manage UAT, validating solutions and coordinating to resolve any issues.
  • Manage defects and escalations for operations.
  • Assist with management reporting and escalating issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and optimize payment operation process flows.
  • Provide post-implementation production support and act as SME to provide consultancy for payment operations regionally post deployment.
  • Prepare operational readiness support to prepare for project implementation, including training, updating of desktop procedures and tasks related to go live of the project.
