Product Manager, Issuing Role

This is a mid-level Product Manager, Issuing position based in Sydney, NSW. Our client's success depends on your skills and experience.

We are looking for a Product Manager, Issuing to join our Digital Enablement team. The role involves defining the vision, positioning, and objectives of the product as well as managing the product performance and client relationships, in alignment with our transformation strategy.

  • Own the end-to-end Product Management and Product Roadmap of our Digital Enablement squad.

  • Evaluate product competitiveness to enhance business impact and product profitability.

  • Resolve product-related issues and foster positive client relationships.

  • Clearly understand the relationship between clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients.

  • Monitor projects to provide recommendations and solutions in line with product roadmaps.

  • Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of our products.

  • Be responsible for representing our interests in relevant Industry working groups and forums.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to help improve payment processing efficiency.

  • Interrogate transaction trends and gather relevant insights and opportunities for Clients Issuing products.

About You

  • You should have at least 3 years' experience in product management in the financial services industry, with experience in Issuing and Card Management Systems highly regarded.

  • Experience in development and execution of product management tactics for complex products.

  • Demonstrated experience in product development/enhancement of business cases for B2B Partners and clients.
