Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Payments Team as a Payments Operations Specialist.

This role involves working closely with internal and external customers, assisting with international payments, investigations, and providing expertise on various payment systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent product knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for servicing customers through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer complaints, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.
