Client Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Client Care Specialists to join our team. As a Client Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the care industry. They must also have a valid police check, working with children check, First Aid Certificate, driver's license, reliable transportation, comprehensive insurance (if transporting clients), and COVID-19 vaccination certificate. A Certificate 3 in Individual Support or relevant qualification is also required.

  • Provide personalized care services to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, transportation, and personal hygiene.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families to create a sense of community and support.
  • Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household tasks to ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Key Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the care industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
