We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of older people in our community.

As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of care and support services to clients in their own homes. This may include personal care, domestic assistance, and social services such as meal preparation, help with housework, transportation, and shopping.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Previous experience working within the aged care or community care sector providing personal care
  • Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with people
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence with a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured car
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and current First Aid Certificate
