The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) and meeting the safety needs of the client and using equipment safely and properly.

The ideal candidate will have community nursing experience, subacute and disability experience, ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations, and ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours.

They must also have diabetes management experience, dementia experience would be an advantage, leadership experience is an advantage, and AHPRA Registration, Registered or Enrolled Nurse, CPR & First Aid Certification, Car & Valid Drivers License, National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector), Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Approval, NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a premium care experience to clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the clients and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Conduct Nursing Assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications:
