Job Role

The role of a Personal Support Worker is to deliver personalized care, support, and assistance to clients in their homes. Duties may include:

  • Bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Domestic tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
  • Providing medication assistance and respite care

Care plans will be developed with the team to cater to each client's unique needs and preferences. The goal is to empower clients to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

  • Hold necessary qualifications and certifications
Requirements
  • Current or enrolled in Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Mobile phone
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to reliable vehicle
