Job Title: Home Care Aged Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate aged care professional to provide high-quality care and support to older adults living independently in their homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to make a positive impact on the lives of others while working as an independent contractor. You will have the flexibility to choose suburbs near you to minimize travel time, build real relationships with regular clients, and enjoy smart scheduling that makes geographical sense.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care, light domestic tasks, and use mobile apps for visit logs, shift notes, and rosters.
  • Support clients with mobility aids, monitor and report changes to the care team, and maintain confidentiality while upholding client dignity.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Ageing/Home & Community Care.
  • Minimum 12 months paid experience in aged care or home care.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Australian Federal Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening desirable).
  • NSW Driver License + own vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Fluent English + confident with mobile apps.
