People and Culture Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Associate to join our team at The Gordon. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support on all people-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on people-related matters, including talent management, organisational development, and people systems.
  • Work closely with our People and Culture Partners to develop and implement effective people strategies.
  • Leverage your knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks to support business goals and enhance culture.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Industrial Relations, HR Management, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, and industrial/workplace relations instruments and Agreements.
  • Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunity and anti-discrimination legislation.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and exceptional customer service, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
