People and Culture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Associate to join our team at The Gordon. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will provide expert advice and support on all people-related issues, working closely with our People and Culture Partners.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our people and culture, and to contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on all people-related issues
- Work closely with our People and Culture Partners to deliver business outcomes
- Leverage your knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks to support business goals
- Enhance culture, build capability, and foster engagement
- Play a key role in talent management, organisational development, and people systems
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Industrial Relations, HR Management, and/or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding and practical experience with the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, and industrial/workplace relations instruments and Agreements
- Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunity and anti-discrimination legislation
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and exceptional customer service, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
